These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made from our store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Availability

  • We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.

  • Availability of items is subject to change without notice.

  • In the unlikely event a product is out of stock after you place your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT (where applicable).

  • Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and any other payment methods shown at checkout.

  • If your payment is not successfully processed, your order will not be confirmed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders within the EU are shipped free of charge.

  • Orders outside the EU incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our control.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or taxes in the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Defective or Damaged Goods

  • If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.
